CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check in is at 3:00pm. Check out is at 11:00am. For departures after 11:00 am, the late checkout fee is $20US per hour. Please arrange for late checkout at least a day in advance with the front desk. Please place luggage at the front door of your suite thirty minutes before your scheduled departure time for our staff to pick up. Meet at the front desk lobby ten minutes before your scheduled departure time and we will escort you to your vehicle or depart of the complimentary airport shuttle.

BILLING INFORMATION

We accept Amex, Visa, Master Card, travelers’ checks and cash. Personal or company checks are not accepted, we apologize for any inconvenience. The Belize Dollar has a fixed rate of $2BZ = $1US. US currency and travelers checks in US currency are widely accepted.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

There is no smoking allowed in the rooms or on your terrace. Smoking areas are provided on both sides of the property. Smoking is permitted in any of the parking areas. Smoking is not permitted near any entrance or room terraces. Smoking in your room will result in a $500.00 USD cleaning fee. 

WATER

Potable water is available in the room and at the dinning and bar area. Our water goes through a purification system, but is not suitable for drinking. We recommend only drinking the bottled water provided in your room.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

Free WiFi is available throughout the resort.

BEACH TOYS

Kayaks are complimentary and located on the beach. For your security and the security of our equipment, the items can be signed out by the pool attendant. We recommend the use of life saving equipment. Ask the beach staff for safety tips. There is also a beach volleyball court and beach toys available.

BEACH TOWELS

Beach towels are provided; they are located by the pool on the ocean side. These towels are for the exclusive use of the beach and pool areas only. If there is a need for additional towels inquire with the pool attendant. When going on tours, contact concierge for towel availability.

GIFT SHOP

Our gift shop offers unique, handmade Belizean souvenirs, clothing, snacks and various sundry items.

SERVICES

Babysitting services, laundry service and wake up calls are available by our concierge. Please schedule with the Front Desk or concierge.

KITCHEN

Each suite has a full kitchen. Kitchen utensils can be acquired at no cost by calling the Front Desk.

TRANSPORTATION

Shuttle service to and from Placencia Village is available for $10 USD p/p each way. Space is limited, please confirm your ride at the front desk. Complementary shuttles are offered for Placencia Airstrip pick-ups and drop-offs as well.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION

We invite you to join us to conserve water by using your linens and towels more than once. In addition to decreasing water and energy consumption, you help us use fewer environmentally harmful chemicals and reduce the amount of detergent waste water that must be recycled within our community. Kindly turn all lights, television, radios and air conditioner off when not in use or prior to leaving your room. Thank you for your cooperation, if there is anything we can do to make your stay with us more comfortable please do not hesitate to let us know.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

We have 24/7 security and front desk assistance. In the event of emergency please call the front desk. A security agent will assist you. In case of a medical emergency, there is an on-call doctor in the village. In the event you smell smoke or there is a fire in your room, leave your room immediately closing the door behind you; then report the incident to the front desk and security.
