The diversity of lots available extends from our lagoon-front lots with views of the Maya Mountains to the canal front lots whose views extend to the Caribbean sea to our equestrian ranchette lots to our golf course lots where the choices include the waterways, the lagoon, the savannah or the luscious fairways and greens of the course. Sizes of the lots vary from one quarter acre to ten acres. Custom homes range from 2500 to over 22,000 sq ft.
Lagoon Front Lots
Ranging in size from a quarter acre (75 ft wide by 130 ft deep) to over two acres, these lots front the peaceful waters of the lagoon at The Placencia. Ideal for boating and fishing, the lagoon abounds in bonefish, tarpon, permit snook, and is the home of manatees and dolphin. Custom docks are available for these lots.
Canal Front Lots
There are three miles of canal front with concrete seawalls covered in slate stone surfacing. The canals are 80 feet wide with a depth of 4 ½ feet. The lots start at ¼ acre in size with space for a dock alongside the seawall.
Equestrian Lots & Ranchettes
Centered around The Placencia’s Equestrian Center which will be integrated into the perimeter of the Panther development, the Equestrian Lots and Ranchettes will cater to the Equestrian enthusiasts looking for larger lots between three and 25 acres.
Golf Course Lots
Fronting two and a half miles of the Placencia Lagoon on the mainland, the future Panther village encompasses approximately 1,700 acres of waterways, mangroves and savannahs—much of which will be open space. A five-minute lagoon ride by ferry or water taxi links Panther to The Placencia Resort, Marina, Copal Beach and the Marina Village. Our LEED-certified village is planned to include a private 18-hole Signature Golf Course, clubhouse with casino, golf and tennis schools, world-class health and fitness center, eco-luxe villas, savannah lots, fairway lots, lagoon estate lots and equestrian ranchettes.
